Dear Diane,

Hello Diane, it's my sincere hope that with God's guidance, you are > fine, enjoying the best with the rest of your family.  It is also my hope prayer that life in Canada is particularly  enjoyable. At the coastal region of Kenya, things are also okay. I do enjoy the warm weather with the rest of my family.
The main objective of writing to you is to pass my great gratitude to you, for the financial assistance you gave me. Frankly I am very happy and I do appreciate your financial assistance. May I say that since I received your assistance, I have been in school  throughout the term and the lessons are quite enjoyable. Infact it's my  first time to be at school throughout the whole term. I am very  grateful.
Recently, I did my District mock examination and I managed to come out  with a mean score of C-. But I have a feeling and really determined that next time I am in school all through I do promise to do better unlike the time I spent at home due to lack of school fees.
Now that the problem is settled may I assure you that I am going to work extremely harder to achieve a better grade. The main grade I have targeted to score is B+ or even higher and I am determined to achieve that targeted.
May I say that your assistance really motivated me into aspiring to pursue my studies upto the university. And its my hope that with my struggle and your assistance in future the gates of university will be applied for financial assistance from you.
Now may I take this opportunity to say a word of good bye, hoping that one day God will make us meet.
Thank you very much.

Warm greetings come from your sincere friend,
